What kind of material do you use?

 

We use high strength steel plates and high-quality paint. All our colors are metallic matte. The appearance of the color tone of the art can change depending on the light angle.

 

How can I hang my wall art?

 

Our products are delivered to you ready to hang. No need to require any assembly. You can easily hang it on your wall with a single nail or screw.

 

Will I pay any customs and shipping fee?

 

Definitely not. You will not pay any extra shipping and customs fees. These costs are paid by us.

Do you accept custom orders?

              We do accept custom metal orders.

 

Which country do you ship from?

We design and produce all of our art and ship from Dubai, UAE to all the available countries worldwide, with free and express shipping.

 

When can I receive my order?

The dispatch time of orders depend on different factors such as the availability of the product in stock and the order quantity, it is usually delivered to DHL Express within 1-3
business days. Then the shipment takes usually 5 to 7 business days.

 

How can I track my order?

After we dispatch your order, we will send you a tracking number, you can track your order on the DHL website.

 

Are your products suitable for outdoor?

We have designed them for the indoor. The products which are
black can be used outdoor but, they can be need painting every 3-4 years
because they can begin to rust (depends on the weather condition and exterior
effect) But nothing happens indoor.

 

I have ordered more than one item. But I got only one box. Where is my other items?

Most probably there is a PARTIAL DELIVERY. So, don’t worry; other pieces are delivered in a few days. If you don’t get other pieces in 3-4 days, please let me know then we can check again. Also, you can track your order from the DHL website.

 

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

Contact us with the photos of the damaged product and send us an email at returns@artuzy.com

 

What will I do if I don't like my order?
